About us

A Miami firm that stays after the storm

Guerline Hilaire started the firm after watching storm crews leave before the claims were settled.

She built the firm around one idea: the people who cover your roof should be the people who rebuild it, with an office you can drive to.

There are 25 of us, working out of a yard on NW 27th Avenue. We do five kinds of work and we turn down the rest.

  • A yard and an office in Miami

  • Roofers, carpenters, drywall and paint on one crew

  • Spanish spoken on the crew and in the office

  • Everything in writing

Our people

Five of the 25, and what each does

The rest are roofers, carpenters, drywall hangers and painters. You'll meet at least two of these five before work starts.

  • A woman in a hard hat and safety glasses cutting plywood with a jigsaw on a jobsite

    Guerline Hilaire

    Owner and project director

Opens every file and walks the roof with any adjuster who asks. Speaks Spanish.

  • A man in a white hard hat and high-visibility vest handling lumber on a jobsite

    Wesner Jeanty

    Production manager

Schedules the crews and the inspections, and answers for the finish.

  • A smiling man in a beanie and work jacket holding a hammer on roof framing, in black and white

    Demetrio Encinas

    Roofing foreman

Three decades on tile and shingle roofs. Speaks Spanish.

  • Yamileth Collazo

    Claims coordinator

Keeps the photos and the estimate in order. Speaks Spanish.

  • Rishi Beharry

    Lead estimator

Walks the house and writes the scope line by line.

How we work

Three habits we keep

  • Photos before anything moves

The record starts before the first tarp goes on.

  • Everything in writing

Scope, materials, permits and the schedule, line by line.

  • The same crew, start to finish

You meet the foreman before work starts and again at the final walk.

Come to the yard, or we'll come to you
